MyGamesSupport is a feedback system for My.Games users. With its help players can contact the customer support service within a few clicks and receive a timely answer.
MRGS MyGamesSupport module allows:
- Opening the support window for the user
- Opening user feedback window
- Checking if there are any replies to the user's tickets

Key features🔗
- Simple customer support. To add customer support you need to call only one method.
- Separate customer support system. MyGamesSupport is a developing customer support service. The main part of the work lies on the web interface, so you do not need to update the client in order to update the service.
- Method for checking tickets. The mechanism of checking tickets allows showing that the user has an answer to his inquiry in the application interface itself.
Steps to integrate into a product🔗
Step 1. Create an application in MyGamesSupport🔗
If you want to add support for MyGamesSupport in your application, the first step is to create a project for you in the system. Contact person - Sergei Antonov (sergei.antonov@astrum.team). Further, user support will need to be carried out through the MyGamesSupport website (links, accesses, instructions you will receive when starting a project).
Please note that the project ID (project_id) in the MyGamesSupport system will be equal to the MRGS application ID (MRGS appId). The obtained secret key of the project is not required during SDK integration.
Step 2. Add the SDK on the client🔗
Then, you need to add the SDK on the client.
